This hotel has jaw-droppingly good location, with amazing cafes, restaurants, and parks just a short walk away. The staff were super helpful, and we had no trouble communicating with the English-speaking receptionist. The room was spacious and had excellent air conditioning to combat the hot weather. We were pleasantly surprised to find free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, an outdoor dining area, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle. The fact that it's pet-friendly with no extra fees is just the cherry on top! It's definitely great value for money and we would stay here again without hesitation.

The room had air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot weather. The staff, especially the young lady at the reception, were friendly and able to communicate in English. The Mirage hotel was really clean and in a great location! It's super close to the city center - so we didn't have to walk far to find amazing restaurants and cafes. Plus - they have a parking lot - which was so convenient. Oh, and the best part was the strong WiFi connection - it was included in the price!

The double room at Hotel Mirage Pleven was absolutely fantastic! The room had a cozy and welcoming vibe to it, with modern amenities like air conditioning and an electric kettle. I really loved the soundproofing, it helped me and my kids have a peaceful night's sleep.

Personally, I found the kitchenette in the twin room a bit small for my liking. But hey, that's just my preference, some people might still find it convenient.
